At The Palace PVA, we adore the homeschool community and are proud to offer classes, private lessons, and workshops designed specifically for homeschool families. We understand the unique needs of homeschooling and strive to provide flexible, high-quality arts education that nurtures creativity, self-expression, and confidence.
FINAL PRODUCTION: The Little Red Hen by Carol Kaplan-Lyss is a musical adaptation of the classic folk tale The Little Red Hen. It is designed for young performers and typically includes simple dialogue, catchy songs, and a moral lesson about teamwork, responsibility, and helping others.
This fun and engaging 6-week homeschool workshop is designed for young performers ages 5-9! This program provides an exciting opportunity for students to explore acting, singing, and movement in a creative and supportive environment.
Each week, students will participate in interactive drama games, vocal exercises, basic choreography, and storytelling activities that build confidence, teamwork, and stage presence. The workshop will conclude with a mini showcase performance, where students will share what they’ve learned with family and friends.
No prior experience is necessary—just a love for creativity and fun! This workshop is the perfect introduction to musical theater, helping young students develop a love for performing while building essential skills in a positive and encouraging setting.

FINAL PRODUCTION: Get in the Game by John Jacobson is a musical that promotes teamwork, perseverance, and a positive attitude through sports-themed songs and an engaging storyline. It’s designed for elementary and middle school students and typically includes fun choreography and motivational messages.
This 6-week homeschool musical theater workshop is designed for students ages 10-14 who want to develop their skills in acting, singing, and movement while gaining confidence on stage. Whether your child is new to theater or has prior experience, this program offers a supportive and creative environment to grow as a performer.
Each week, students will engage in interactive lessons focused on character development, vocal technique, choreography, and stage presence. Through group exercises, scene work, and musical numbers, students will learn how to bring a story to life while working collaboratively with their peers. The workshop will culminate in a final showcase performance, where students will present scenes, songs, and choreography for family and friends.
This workshop provides a fun and educational introduction to musical theater while helping students build confidence, communication skills, and stage presence. Perfect for homeschoolers looking to explore their creativity in an exciting and structured setting!

The private voice lesson is an open enrollment weekly one-on-one instruction. Our lessons cater to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced singers. Whether your child is interested in classical, pop, musical theater, or a mix of genres, we focus on building vocal technique, confidence, and artistry.
Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the student, including proper breath support, pitch accuracy, vocal range expansion, and performance skills. Perfect for young performers, school choir members, or those who simply love to sing, these lessons foster both personal growth and musical development.

The beginner private piano lesson is an open enrollment weekly one-on-one instruction. Our lessons provide a strong foundation in piano playing, designed for those who are just starting their musical journey. Each lesson focuses on key elements such as proper hand positioning, note reading, basic music theory, rhythm, and simple melodies. Whether your child dreams of playing their favorite songs or learning to read sheet music, our lessons are structured to inspire creativity and build essential piano skills at a comfortable pace.
FALL ENROLLMENT!
Starting in September 2025, our homeschool choir classes, taught by a Texas-certified teacher, provide students with high-quality vocal instruction in a structured and engaging environment. Students will develop their vocal technique, music literacy, sightreading, and ensemble skills while earning a grade for their transcript. In addition to regular choral performances, students will have the opportunity to participate in region contests, allowing them to showcase their talents and gain valuable performance experience. This program is designed to enrich homeschool students’ education through professional instruction and meaningful musical opportunities. THIS CLASS IS FOR FALL ENROLLMENT. REGISTRATION FOR SPRING ENROLLMENT IS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 2025. STUDENTS MUST AUDITION FOR THIS CLASS FOR PLACEMENT.
